Please follow the steps below to obtian an estimate. We will send you an estimate via email for approval.
Step 1:
Request either a court transcript estimate, or a general transcription estimate below.
GENERAL TRANSCRIPTION ESTIMATE
Please click the button below to get a quote for your general transcription services. General transcripts include research projects, focus groups and any transcript that will not be used in a legal proceeding. For general transcription we email an estimate to you based on your specifications including turnaround time, audio quality, verbatim vs. intelligent, time-coding, or multiple speakers.
CERTIFIED TRANSCRIPT ESTIMATE
Please submit an online request for certfied transcripts if your transcripts will be used as evidence in a legal or court procceding. We’ll provide a quote for your certified transcripts with estimates provided on a per-page basis.
*Rough estimates are provided based on the audio length and price per page,
Step 2:
We will send you a link to create a secure account where you can upload your audio or video file. Alternatively, you can use the upload button to upload your audio or video file. Please include all relevant information including contact email address and relevant details including names, dates, and court file numbers.
Step 3:
We will assign one of our experienced Canadian-based transcribers to deliver high-quality transcripts within the desired timeframes and with the specifications you selected. Please advise if you have special requests at the time of ordering. If the audio quality presents any issues, it may delay timelines, and we will notify you of any issues as they arise.
Please note: all files are carefully transcribed, and, upon completion, transcripts are uploaded to your account. Alternatively, files uploaded via secure link without an account will be delivered to your email in the required format via a secure link.
*Only the assigned transcribers will have access to your files.
